Summary

This is a fantastic apprenticeship opportunity within a fast-paced physiotherapy clinic who deal with clients following car accidents and also self-referring patients.

Alternating between 9-5 and 10:30-6:30, working one in every three Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm. A Friday off every 6 weeks. Days TBC.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

The role is busy and varied.
Candidates will be required to answer calls in a professional manner, respond to emails, problem solve, provide a friendly service and be able to work as part of a team or alone when required.

Duties include but not liimited to :

  • Answering phones
  • Responding to emails
  • liaising with physiotherapists
  • Greeting patents within the clinic
  • Booking appointments via telephone
  • Working through our online systems to make sure all tasks are completed
  • liaising with insurance companies

  • Use a range of questioning skills, including listening and responding in a way that builds rapport, determines customer needs and expectations and achieves positive engagement and delivery.
  • Depending on your job role and work environment: Use appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication skills, along with summarising language during face-to-face communications; and/or
  • Depending on your job role and work environment: Use appropriate communication skills, along with reinforcement techniques (to confirm understanding) during non-facing customer interactions.
  • Depending on your job role and work environment: Use an appropriate ‘tone of voice’ in all communications, including written and digital, that reflect the organisation’s brand.
  • Provide clear explanations and offer options in order to help customers make choices that are mutually beneficial to both the customer and your organisation.
  • Be able to organise yourself, prioritise your own workload/activity and work to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate patience and calmness.
  • Show you understand the customer’s point of view.
  • Use appropriate sign-posting or resolution to meet your customers needs and manage expectations.
  • Maintain informative communication during service recovery.

    We are a small admin team but we have 15 physiotherapy clinics around the country. We are looking for someone to fit into the team, be a team player and be reliable.

    Established in 2008 Offering quality assessments, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. We help many patients sent to our specialist clinicians from GP’s and medical consultations as well as self-referrals. We have 15 clinics around the country however the administration team are based within our Dinnington practice. We are a small friendly team and we are looking for an apprentice to join our growing company.
