Summary
An excellent opportunity to join a prestigious law firm in their Whitstable office. You will be assisting with the day to day running of the law firm, including covering reception, working alongside Real Estate and Services department dealing with many aspects of legal administration.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail
- Covering reception
- Preparing letters, documents and forms and arranging their signature and posting
- Dealing with clients both personally and on the telephone
- Scanning documents for the team
- Liaising on the telephone with Solicitors, Barristers, Insurance Companies, Experts and their support staff
- Manage own work load
- Diary Management arranging client's appointments, meetings and other work commitments
- Ensuring the data base and other office systems are maintained and kept in order
