What you will do in your working day

With RNN Group support, this Apprenticeship will give you an insight into Wright Engineering and how a large business operates.

This role will specifically develop you into a professional Payroll Administration specialist in a large organisation.

You will learn the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be able to:

 

  • Manage & input weekly timesheets
  • Process payment of weekly overnights & expenses
  • Upload documents onto the HR system
  • Upload & updating training records
  • Issue & retrieve starter packs
  • Chase outstanding documents for new starters
  • Help with processing of the monthly payroll
  • Book entry medical appointments
  • General office duties
  • Deal with payroll queries (over the telephone & email)
  • Use Payroll, Excel, Word & Outlook software

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills Maths Level 2 (If required)
  • Functional Skills English Level 2 (If required)
  • Monthly Day Release online (6 hour sessions) and 10 weekly onsite reviews & observations.
