What you will do in your working day
With RNN Group support, this Apprenticeship will give you an insight into Wright Engineering and how a large business operates.
This role will specifically develop you into a professional Payroll Administration specialist in a large organisation.
You will learn the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be able to:
- Manage & input weekly timesheets
- Process payment of weekly overnights & expenses
- Upload documents onto the HR system
- Upload & updating training records
- Issue & retrieve starter packs
- Chase outstanding documents for new starters
- Help with processing of the monthly payroll
- Book entry medical appointments
- General office duties
- Deal with payroll queries (over the telephone & email)
- Use Payroll, Excel, Word & Outlook software
The training you will be getting
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional Skills Maths Level 2 (If required)
- Functional Skills English Level 2 (If required)
- Monthly Day Release online (6 hour sessions) and 10 weekly onsite reviews & observations.
