What you will do in your working day

Adhering at all times to the company’s Health and Safety policy you will be trained to undertake the following tasks in line with recognised company procedures.
- Receive and correctly identify incoming goods
- Correctly locate stock in our onsite warehouse
- Accurately Identify stock and pick the correct qty against customer orders or ready for assembling into a finished product
- Assemble products to specification using a variety of machines ensuring accuracy and quality are met at every stage
- Despatch customer orders
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship Standard

Functional Skills in English and Maths as required up to Level 2
Your Level 2 programme will include, a Level 2 Manufacturing work-based qualification delivered by Bournemouth and Poole College of FE. After the initial 3 months of training at the college, training will be in the workplace at Christchurch in the Production Department. Overall course length is 18 months.

- Health and Safety
- Product identification and processing
- Stock control
- Order processing and despatch
- Hose processing and assembly work
- Quality standards
