What you will do in your working day

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Enter and update project data accurately in company databases and software systems.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are up-to date and easily accessible.
  • Handle telephone calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Support engineers in preparing project reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
  • Assist with purchasing materials and equipment by obtaining quotes, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all administrative processes.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in engineering and administration.

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.
