What you will do in your working day

This role is based on being an adaptable team player to carry out different office / accounts’ administrative tasks, you will also include assisting with company design work and marketing initiatives. You will be given the opportunity to work across the full business spectrum including finance, sales, and customer services, including all factory departments.

The training you will be getting

You will study towards the Business Administration level 3 apprenticeship.

This will include college attendance for activity days every 6 weeks which will alternate between campuses, college transport is available including a free shuttle bus between campuses. You will also have regular workplace visits from your college instructor-mentor.

Additionally, you will gain a working knowledge of all departments in the business, gain skills around communication, organisation and Microsoft Packages from experienced employees.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Depending on business requirements, your preferred areas of work and the successful completion of your apprenticeship the business hopes apprentices will stay with the company permanently. There may also be future opportunities for further training and/or promotion.
