What you will do in your working day
Our award-winning apprenticeships offer long term career opportunities, a level 3 qualification and valuable work-based training will be provided to perform the following duties:
KEY JOB OBJECTIVES AND DUTIES:
· Understand finance team process and procedures
· Learn Admin functions across the business, in particular Finance and Reception
· Ensure accurate data entry across multiple platforms to include supplier invoices, reconciliations, job costings, production workbooks
· Record and document relevant finance data; scanning and filing various documents into correct digital folders
· Share Reception duties; answering and redirecting calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, signing people in
HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES OF ALL EMPLOYEES:
· Ensure knowledge, compliance and adherence with all Company Policies, Procedures and Rules and Safety Legislation
· Read and understand the Occupational Health and Safety Policy Statement
· Work safely and responsibly
· Wear protective equipment provided in the correct manner
· Report any incident to your Manager that may or has led to injury
· Adhere to company procedures securing a safe workplace
· Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents with the objective of introducing preventative measures

To assist in any areas of the Company as required from time to time, to ensure the smooth running of the operation and to meet customer requirements.

The training you will be getting
The successful candidate will continue their studies with apprenticeship specialists, RNN Group both remotely and from their Rotherham Campus, giving you the training and support you need to become an all-rounded and successful administrator.
The Apprentice Standard you will be studying is Business Administration - Level 3.
