We are seeking a Business Administration Apprentice to help support in our busy central office. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with an attention to detail and has the ability to multitask whilst working to deadlines.

What you will do in your working day
The duties of the role will include but is not limited to:
Answer Incoming calls Including transferring to correct departments and taking messages.
Welcoming Visitors ensuring they have been signed in and the person they are visiting has been informed.
Managing the central email inbox to the relevant folders, responding to any price enquiries on behalf of the sales team, printing relevant documents.
Purchase Ordering – Placing orders with suppliers and completing the correct documents relating to this, ensuring all relevant logs have been updated.
Process purchase invoices from Suppliers – Including gathering all relevant paperwork and inputting the data on Sage 50 Accounts.
Filing tasks (electronic and paper) – Jobcards, Purchase Invoices, Purchase Payments.
Collating proof of deliveries for goods that have been dispatched.
Other general duties e.g. Ensuring workplace refreshments are fully stocked, liaising with customers to meet their needs.
Providing all departments with admin assistance for any relevant tasks as requested.
Future progression
Dispatching Goods – Including producing delivery notes, pro-forma invoices, invoice details, certificates of conformity and arranging shipments to be dispatched by various couriers.
Liaising with Production office and Packing department if necessary, when dispatching goods.
The training you will be getting
Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3, including Functional Skills if required.
Day release to college each month for knowledge input. In addition to college attendance one to one support in the workplace. Review meetings with the tutor, apprentice and their manager will be scheduled every 8-12 weeks

Possible full-time employment on completion of apprenticeship.
