What you will do in your working day

  • Assist mentor in constructing and installing drylining (walls) and suspended ceilings
  • Transport and prepare materials and tools required for drylining tasks.
  • Aid in fixing plasterboard to metal or timber stud partitions
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, wearing appropriate PPE and adhering to site safety regulations

The training you will be getting

Level 2 Interior Systems Installer Apprenticeship:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Dry Lining
  • Level 2 NVQ in Interior Systems – Dry Lining Fixing

Training will be at a college in the London area TBC.

Things to consider

A key requirement of this role is that you attend college on a day release basis and complete all coursework / work-based assignments and assessments in the workplace. You will be enrolled at a college and will study for L2 Dry Lining Apprenticeship Standard. We nurture the talent and commitment of our apprentices and support them through their training to become qualified Tradespeople.
