What you will do in your working day
As an Apprentice you will develop skills to:
- Utilise drawings, data and documentation
- Undertake the manufacture, installation and testing of products; as well as commissioning, fault diagnosis and maintenance
- Follow established processes and apply safe systems of working
- Make a contribution to the manufacture of products and apply proven techniques to solving problems
- Understand the importance of quality, correct procedures and relevant documentation.
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship Standard qualification
- Bournemouth and Poole College, North Road, Poole
- Day Release - 1 day per week
- Functional Skills in maths and English, if required

- Mechanical or Electrical Technician / Engineer, Quality Inspector, Test, Survey or Repair Technician / Engineer
