Working week
40 hours per week on a shift basis, shifts are rotated between breakfast, lunch and evening service. Only one day per weekend worked.

- Food prep such as veg
- Preparing food during service
- Pot washing and keeping the kitchen clean
- Stock management
- Assist with the creation of specials
- Assist in menu development

The training you will be getting
Commis Chef Apprenticeship Level 2
You will attend college weekly at the Buxton Campus, college transport is available, to spend time in the training kitchens and restaurant with other apprentices. You will also be regularly visited in the workplace by your college instructor-mentor.
