What you will do in your working day
- Working with the HR team at our Christchurch site you will learn about how HR fits in with a large global organisation using the latest HR software and systems
- Your role will be hands-on working directly with the staff in all business units, providing them with the help and support they need. You will learn how to manage systems and data in areas of L&D, C&B, employee relations and recruitment
- Prepares basic human resources analytics per instructions from the other HR team members, such as headcount tracking. Provide administrative support such as coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, answering phones and face-to-face questions
The training you will be getting
- You will undertake at Bournemouth & Poole College the HR Support Apprenticeship Level 3
- You will attend college one day a week
- Health & Safety skills
- Training on the job in all aspects of HR
