What you will do in your working day
Cepac are recruiting two Apprentices to join their operations team working on the Corrugator and Conversion machines. The successful applicants will be working at their flagship site in the Dearne Valley, Rotherham to contribute and support the success for their future expansion plans.
The Job:
- These roles will be to support the Conversion & Corrugator Cell Managers to ensure the machines are maintained in a safe and operational condition and capable of producing product to the highest standard of quality and quantity for our customer requirements as well as developing a continuous improvement environment and culture
The Apprenticeship:
This opportunity will help develop you into an experienced operator, giving you the skills and knowledge to be able to:
- Lead by example to maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety across the site
- Support the Cell, Machine & Shift Managers/Team Leaders with their day to day running of the machines
- Follow written instructions, procedures, and quality standards
- Adhere to quality checks, maintaining the highest standard for our customer base
- Spot issues and communicating quickly and clearly
- Work with our maintenance teams and assisting with repairs if required
- Contribute to hitting our waste targets
- Keep a clean and tidy working area
