What you will do in your working day
- Bookkeeping for clients using a variety of accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks, Sage).
- Payroll preparation Assistant with preparation of year end and management accounts for a wide variety of clients.
- Assistance with preparation of tax returns for sole traders and partnerships.
- Office duties including administration, filing, answering the telephone, scanning, meeting visitors as required.
- Regular, appropriate communication with clients through conversations, emails, letters and face to face meetings.
The training you will be getting
- Candidate will be expected to attend college working towards an AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting qualification.
- Training will be given and you will be mentored by one of the partners and training will be tailored where possible to assist with completion of your course.
- Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.
