What you will do in your working day
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm for a total of 35 hours per week.
- What you will be doing in a working week
- Greeting clients on arrival,answering telephone and booking appointments
- Assisting stylists with the smooth running of the salon
- Keeping the salon tidy and clean
- Washing off clients
The training you will be getting
- Apprentices will attend East Surrey College on a day release
- In-house training will be provided
- NVQ level 2 hairdressing
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- Once qualified a position may be available within the salon as a stylist
