What you will do in your working day
Key Objectives:
- To effectively deal with any customer queries or problems
- To help improve client satisfaction and loyalty
- To follow relevant procedures
- To work well within the team
- To perform certain specialist procedures as required
- Achieve sales and profit targets
- Achieve a sufficient level of skill in appropriate procedures and products
- Answering customer support calls - installing software and hardware remotely - providing help and support to our DMS software
- Full driving license at some point
- Be able to work from home at some point
