Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Support all areas of the business, resolving issues as requested
- Setup and improve administrative processes
- Undertake administration tasks as required including creating purchase orders, processing purchase invoices, raising expense claims, diary management and meeting co-ordination, operational process support and management of the electronic filing systems
- Liaise with internal and external contacts to answer queries, arrange meetings and distribute information where necessary
- Data management and analysis
- Support the expected implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across the business
- You will combine your ability to plan and prioritise with a flexibility and curiosity, contributing to areas outside of your daily responsibilities
