Summary
We are now looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of working in basic administration or working with Microsoft packages to join our team. You will be working within a small group of 8 supporting the sales and operations team in the delivery of a wide range of workload.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work

Providing day to day assistance and responding telephone & email related enquiries

Greeting visitors, arranging refreshments accepting & arranging deliveries
-
Assisting in the preparation of sales quotations and contract file documents
-
Updating CRM system records as required to ensure file & document accuracy

Assisting in the sourcing & booking of accommodation for operations staff

Assisting in the administration of timesheets including filing & data inputting

Assisting in the organisation and distribution of company PPE & workwear

Visiting post office/bank/local suppliers as required
