What you will do in your working day
- Provide routine clerical and administrative support, to include: Receiving and making telephone calls, checking, and verifying information, dealing with routine enquiries
- To undertake general support work including filing, , scanning, creating and updating spreadsheets and routine data input
- To order equipment
- To Generate media posts
- To receive and check incoming goods
- To receive and process incoming and outgoing mail, including emails
- To Assistance in Generating quotations
- To communicate with wider team
- To provide excellent customer service, dealing with people professionally
- To be a flexible and supportive member of the team
In house training will be given to:
- Generating project information
- Assistance Generating quotations
- Drawing amendments
- Sales lead generation control via media (LinkedIn in etc.)
The training you will be getting
- Full Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, including Functional Skills if required
- You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession
- You will experience a blended learning model
- This is predominantly a workplace delivery programme but you will attend at least 6 specifically designed, supportive workshops throughout the apprenticeship to help support your learning. These can be attended in person or remotely via Microsoft Teams.
- You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio
- At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged
