We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Front of House team at our West End Clinic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with patients and to engage with clients via phone and email. You will collaborate directly with the Head of Customer Services, ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients.

What you’ll do at work
65Beauty is a premier aesthetics, wellness, and beauty clinic specialising in nurse-led services. Our team of highly skilled aestheticians offers a comprehensive range of treatments, including fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, acne scar treatments, fat-dissolving treatments, IV drips, PRP therapy, joint pain management, PDO threads, and radiofrequency treatments. Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage patient appointments using Cliniko software, ensuring optimal clinic operations.
- Client Communication: Handle inquiries and follow-ups via phone and email, providing accurate information and support regarding treatments and services.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, processing payments, and managing inventory.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Customer Services to implement strategies that enhance patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
- Learning and Development: Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest beauty and clinical treatments, ensuring informed interactions with clients.
Requirements:
- Passion for Beauty and Wellness: A keen interest in beauty clinical treatments and a desire to build a career in the industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and team members.
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn Cliniko practice management software.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional demeanor, reflecting the clinic's high standards.

Your training plan
- You will achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard.
- There are workshops that you will need to attend online.
- You will have a mentor for one to one teaching and learning
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
