Summary

We are looking to recruit a Tool Maker Apprentice who will have the capability to develop into a skilled Tool Maker. As an apprentice, you would be offered a competitive salary, attend college on day release and receive excellent on the job training. £15,311.40 a year

Salary reviews take place each September, in line with the academic year.

Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm.

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you’ll do at work

Your role will involve

  • Learning all about the mould making within the industry from manufacture through to repairs and renewal

Learning on the job skills to allow progression on to:

  • CNC programming
  • Turning
  • Milling
  • Assembly
  • Finishing
  • Working as part of a team
  • The successful candidates will develop the required skills
    through expert training and academic studies
