This is a fantastic opportunity to joining a leading engineering company based in Derby as their new Apprentice Machine Tool Operative where you will be involved in machining, lapping and face fitting.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

The role is wide and varied involving direct handling of products received for:
- machining
- lapping
- turning
- boring
- milling
- drilling
- lapping and interference face fitting & curing
- calibration programme
