We give yearly increases based on performance you could complete your apprenticeship and you could complete on £24000 There is also an option to complete the apprenticeship in 3 years

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
You will spend the first 2 years moving around the business, gaining Knowledge and skills in various disciplines including Mechanical and Electrical design through Production, Development and Process Engineering, Tasks include
- Problem solving and fault finding on Devices
- Design and manufacture of jigging
- R&D activities on new devices

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Your training plan
You will start with a block release at Colchester Institute to master the basic engineering disciplines (PEO level 2 qualification) and continue with day release for the duration of the scheme to gain your qualifications, BTECH level 3, NVQ Level 3 Engineering Technician apprenticeship.

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- 5 GCSE including english & maths (grade level 4 with 5 at maths)
