Summary
We are a busy roofing, cladding and glazing company based in Brunswick Industrial Estate. We currently require a Full Time Receptionist/Admin Assistant to start with immediate effect. Our preferred candidate should be polite, confident, have excellent organisation and time management skills.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Greeting visitors
- Franking, recording and posting daily mail
- Handling/typing formal correspondence, printing and photocopying
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Working with multiple teams to assist with projects and workloads
