Summary
This Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship is a programme tailored for individuals who have at least a law bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a 2.2 grade or equivalent. Designed to equip students for their first day as a qualified solicitor, the apprenticeship includes preparation for the Solicitor Qualifying Exams (SQE), while working with us.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- You will be assisting with court attendance. The rest of the contracted hours will be for other duties that may include preparing court statements and forms, and other general administrative tasks
- Assist lead file handlers in the progression of matters
- Deal with telephone enquiries wherever possible and take detailed telephone messages to be immediately communicated to the Fee Earner
- Working closely with experienced solicitors with expertise in Family, Housing and related areas of Law to progress cases

Functioning Legal Knowledge 1: Focus on Business, Legal Services, Dispute Resolution.
Functioning Legal Knowledge 2: Focus on Property Law and Practice, Wills, Solicitors’ Accounts, Criminal Practice.

Essential qualifications
Degree in:
