Summary

Due to continued growth, TwoPointZero IT are seeking an Apprentice IT Technician to join our amazing team and provide support to their clients. The Apprentice IT Technician will be involved with all aspects of the business focussing on Technical and Customer Service based elements of IT Support.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Set up and configure computers and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, etc
  • Ensure all software and hardware is up to date.
  • Respond to support requests via phone or email and troubleshooting any problems that arise, including liaising with 3rd party vendors through to resolution.
  • Ensure the workshop is organised and kept tidy.
  • Assisting the IT team with general day to day tasks
