Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Support the other members of the team by answering e-mail requests from internal customers, relating to customer enquiries/purchase orders/pricing.
Adding vendors to our SAP system.
Expediting of Purchase Orders ensuring that as many as possible are delivered on time in full. This will be undertaken by both telephone and e-mail.
Updating all delivery date information obtained from vendors on to Entec’s SAP system so that all stakeholders have visibility of the latest commitment(s) by our supplier base.
Prepare supplier proforma invoice sheets enabling Accounts department to make payments in a swift manner.
Updating Logistics related details such as customs tariff codes and countries of origin.
