We are looking for a creative Marketing Support Apprentice! You would play a lead role in engaging employers and learners through social media communications, support with the management of the website and coordination of marketing activities. Full training provided.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
We are looking for an apprentice with drive and enthusiasm to come and join our successful team. We are looking to train the right person to support our social media, help with website design, and maintain our online social platforms to engage new learners across Rochdale and Greater Manchester.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- General office administrative duties- helping prepare for internal marketing events, e.g. Open days, enrolment
- Attending partner careers and progression events e.g., careers fairs, open evenings
- Contributing ideas to social media communications – Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and others
- Contributing, maintaining, and developing material for publication on our website
- Liaising with a variety of staff to source, produce and distribute press releases
- Flexible working which will involve evening working
- Working as part of a small marketing team
- Creating digital banners for the website
- Website SEO and general updating
- Managing social media
- Promoting the company on and off-line
- Meeting new learners on and off-site at local events with schools, community groups and partners
- Creating digital campaigns across a variety of digital platforms
- Posting regular content on social media channels
- Designing engaging email campaigns
- Analysing digital campaigns and reporting to your line manager
- Videography - Shooting, editing and creating Social Media videos
