Summary
We will give you the ability to learn the brewing process from start to finish. This includes designing beer recipes, choosing the raw materials and ingredients, understanding the brewing process and innovative technology that we use, and finally understanding how the finished product arrives and is served at our pubs.

Work

The majority of the training will take place in our brewery in Salford. You'll also be required to attend some training courses off site.

Other requirements
The job involves working in a warehouse environment which can be both very hot and very cold at different times of the year. Manual handling is an important part of the role.

After this apprenticeship
Once completed, you'll have the opportuity to apply for a Brewery Operative Role.
An experienced Brewery Operative could then apply for a Production Manager role.
