Summary
We are offering a junior role within our Commercial Team. Whiting's are a nationwide contractor with Head Office near Bromsgrove. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The role includes a mix of admin, estimating and surveying. The role includes site visits.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Supporting the Commercial Team with administration duties
- Liaising with clients
- Supporting with the commercial management of projects
- Reporting from site visits
- Quoting new works to clients
- Pricing extras and additional works on contracts
- Securing renewal of existing contracts
- Raising purchase orders and invoices
- Liaising with Operations Team about Project Management

After this apprenticeship
We are looking at a full time role for this position and anticipate that this would be agreed at the end of the apprenticeship. The apprentice will complete an in-house training programme within Whiting's to help them develop into a key member within the Whiting's Commercial Team. There are opportunities for H&S training, First Aid training, CSCS training, and future CPD opportunities.
