Summary
This role is essential to ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding process for Apprentices working within the Learning & Development Department. You will be maintaining compliance, coordinating training, managing data and facilitating effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Assist with Administration with administrative and coodination tasks within academy
- Assist with apprentices recruitment process, including pre-screens, interviews and workshop trials
- Coordinate the application process for prospective apprentices.
- Undertake administrative duties related to apprentice induction and onboarding, including preparation of relevant documentation, statistical data and effective communication throughout
- Attend recruitment fairs either online or face-to-face to promote Finning as an employer/provider for apprenticeships
- Liaise with the Apprenticeship Quality Manager to update compliance documentation for academy policies, procedures and strategies
- Raise required invoices for the Academy via SAP and SAP Ariba, keeping a record of all invoices raised
- Complete administrative tasks for the ESPA funding rule compliance when onboarding new learners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards governing apprenticeship provision
- Create and enrol apprentices in CAT Uni learning plans and Workday courses at the start of each academic year
- Book hotel requirements for apprentice training sessions
- Organise apprentice training courses on Workday and send joining instruction emails
- Organise end-point assessments with EPAO, apprentices and branches
- Carry out monthly PDSAT reports to analyse ILR data
- Ensure accurate apprentice records are created and maintained on various systems including Eportfolio System, Digital Apprenticeship Service, ACE360, Do-it Profiler, BKSB and Smartsheet
- Conduct statistical data analysis for the academy to provide accurate reports on multiple data channels
- Submit monthly ESFA funding returns, ensuring accuracy and updating as needed
