The role of the Apprentice Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to Swarland Avenue Surgery, Benton, NE7 7TD. The role will be supported by management and the post holder will receive support and supervision.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The post holder will provide administrative support Swarland Avenue Surgery
- Call and recall management.
- Quality exercises in accordance with record keeping protocols and guidelines.
- Scanning and coding.
- Completion appointment bookings and appointment book maintenance.
- Data / updating of documentation.
- Reception/administrative support.
- Any other duties appropriate to the level of the position.
