Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and concerns and providing suitable solutions.
  • Provide exceptional support via their ticket desk, addressing ongoing technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Deal with incoming support requests and manage tasks/projects with the development team.
  • Ensure that a resolution is suitable and delivered within their service level agreements.
  • Work closely with their development and marketing team to deliver top-notch support and solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts, onboard new clients and generate monthly reports.
  • Be able to troubleshoot issues, solution research and QA testing.
  • Organise and attend meetings with clients (both in person and remotely) to provide updates and discuss new projects.

    During this apprenticeship, you will follow a fully supported training programme with LearnTech, delivered through combined weekly remote classroom-based training, workplace assessment/training and online learning working towards completing the Digital Support Technician standard.

    Essential qualifications

    GCSE in:

    • English Language (grade 4 (C))
    • Maths (grade 4 (C))
