Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

  • Your training plan

    • At the end of the 14 month apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Standard qualification
    • Over the 14 months, apprentices will be required to attend 4 x 1-week blocks at the CLAAS Academy in Saxham, plus monthly virtual classroom sessions
    • Apprentices will be provided with feedback at the end of each block which will provide details on how they have performed whilst on block release at Saxham
    • Whilst on the programme apprentices will be required to gather evidence to create a portfolio to demonstrate that they have met all the competencies and elements set out in the apprenticeship standard
    • Alongside the training received from CLAAS, apprentices will receive on the job training and support from Olivers, in addition to regular progress reviews with both CLAAS and Olivers

    GCSE in:

    • English & Maths (grade 4 - 9 (or equivalent A*- C))
