Summary
As Godolphin Management Co Ltd's HR Apprentice, reporting to the HR Adviser, you will be working within a small and supportive HR team who pride themselves in delivering an exceptional service to the business and over 500 employees.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- You’ll gain exposure to a variety of different areas of HR, from recruitment, to onboarding, training and absence management. This is a great first step into a HR career, working across our varied and unique organisation, you’ll learn as you earn, building up your HR experience through exposure to a variety of different departments
- The role includes completing the Level 3 HR Apprenticeship qualification using the skills and knowledge that you will have built up to complete your projects and assignments. You will have the opportunity to be accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), which is the industry standard 'first step' for HR professionals in the UK

GCSE or equivalent in:

Other requirements
This role is ideally suited to a graduate, school leaver or administrator with an enthusiasm for a career in HR. Ideally, you'll need to drive as it is a countryside location, with little public transport links.
