An exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Groom looking to further their knowledge and skills whilst working alongside our current team handling and caring for our horses.

Our morning shifts start at 7.30am- either 11.00am or mid-day.
Afternoon shifts start at 2.30pm or 3.00pm

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Rug up & turnout
- Mucking out
- Grooming
- Tack cleaning
- Tacking up & untacking horses
- Washing down after work
- Bringing horses in
- Making haynets & feeds
- Skipping out
- Opportunity to groom at shows
The successful candidate will be put through their learning modules with a recognised training provider, working with our professional team you will have lots of opportunity to gain experience and training on and off the yard at competitions.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- Maths and English (grade 3-4 (D-C))
