Summary

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic apprentice to join our expanding finance team, alongside a great team. You should apply if you have an interest in Finance and wish to learn new skills and qualifications in credit control and debt collection and opening up further career advancement opportunities as you gain more confidence and experience.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

·       To support the credit control team with their day-to-day tasks including but not limited to:

- Allocate receipts to customer accounts
- Update and maintain customer records
- Request payment dates from customers
- General administration to support the team

Advanced credit controller and debt collection specialist Level 3.

On the job training delivered by the employer.
Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end point assessment. For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement, the apprenticeships English and mathematics minimum requirement is Entry Level 3.
Allocation of an apprenticeship delivery coach who will carry out regular training.
Assessment and support visits to ensure you acquire new learning, knowledge skills and behaviours in order to progress and develop
Identify, track and support 6 hours off the job training activities.
Quarterly formal progress review meetings, identifying learning achievements and next steps.

More training information

The successful candidate will have 2 or 3 months to settle into the role before starting the apprenticeship qualification in January 2025.
