Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in various office software applications.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The following are the core responsibilities of the apprentice. There may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels:
Core responsibilities include:
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage office correspondence and phone calls with professionalism
- Assist in organising office operations and procedures
- Assisting with the organisation of marketing events including dealing with bookings, invites and confirmations
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Handle general clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
- Proficiently use Google Suite for document creation and management
In addition to your apprenticeship studies, we will provide training on all aspects of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 as well as our in house back office system.
We will also coach in aspects of Insolvency Administration primarily the legislative details in pre-appointment cases.

Other requirements
The position is primarily office based with most of the work done on computer. We may however request visits to clients, but these will always be accompanied by a more senior member of staff.
