Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Apprentice, you will be exposed to a variety of HR functions, giving you a well-rounded experience in a generalist role. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Head of People in the day-to-day HR operations.
- Collaborating closely with the HR Officer to assist with HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
- Assisting in onboarding processes, including interview scheduling, pre-screening, new hire documentation, and inductions.
- Providing general HR support in areas such as employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and compliance.
- Supporting wider HR projects across various departments as needed, gaining exposure to all facets of HR.

Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (grade (Grades 9-4 / A*-C))
