Summary
This role will suit a person who has an interest in following a financial services career and is able to set their sights on becoming a Financial Services Administrator, ranging up to a fully qualified Financial Services Advisor.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- To work under the guidance of experienced financial professionals and learn and apply the principles of financial administration
- Gain proficiency with data systems and in house technology as used in financial industry (such as Saleforce CRM)
- Work closely with team members to learn general procedures, understand the importance of privacy and the value of a client relationship
- To learn about the Financial regulations and the obligations of a Financial Practice in terms of Compliance with laws and governing bodies, applying the principles at all times

- As an Apprentice you will be completing your Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship
- The qualification will be a 53 week course, and will take place on a face-to-face/Team session, and will be a monthly basis

- Maths (grade 4)
