Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
OAC Creative are looking for an outgoing self-starter with excellent written, verbal and organisation skills to join a fast-paced, innovative social media agency.
This role includes a fully-funded digital marketing apprenticeship qualification, the working week is typically 4 days of in-office work and one day home-based study.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to begin a career in social media marketing with long-term aspirations to work in this industry and can grow and advance within this business. We are looking for an individual who has a genuine interest in Influencer Marketing and an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of digital marketing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the influencers that represent up to date with ongoing brand relationships and opportunities, as well as reaching out and speaking to other influencers about wider opportunities.
What you'll get up to:
- Researching brands and initiating conversations to generate opportunities for our influencers
- Understanding our influencer goals and seeking brands that align with this
- Involvement with onboarding, contracting and relationship management
- Getting involved in content creation for the agency's social media channels
- Creating well-written pitching and proposal documents
- Regular performance reports monitoring progress across our campaigns
- Attending PR events and team social events

After this apprenticeship
This is initially a fixed term 12 month contract, full-time hours with study time factored into the working week. There is a view to make this role permanent when the apprenticeship is complete.
