Summary
We're looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join us at Burd Ward Solicitors . You will be working towards a Level 2 Customer Service qualification and will be supported by all the team whilst doing your apprenticeship.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Answering Calls
- Transferring calls to different departments
- Diary Management
- Making appointments
- Taking card payments
- Daily post and franking
- Archiving files
- Retrieving archived files
- General Filing
- Stock control of stationary and consumables
- Keeping interview rooms and boardroom stocked and tidy
- General Administration duties
