We are looking for an individual who can carry out general office administration duties under the direction of the Administrator. You will be answering phones and handling enquiries, filing and organising documents, plus more.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Answering phones and handling enquiries
- Filing and organising documents
- General office support: assist with photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
- Any other duties as requested by your supervisor
