Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- To provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations.
- To assist in the setup, maintenance, and configuration of digital systems and equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
- Document and track support requests using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining clear communication with users.
