As a CRS practitioner, you will typically be working on multiple initiatives covering a variety of geographies, focus areas, and stakeholders. You maybe managing employee volunteering initiatives or fundraising for charities or have a stronger focus on topics like human rights, carbon reduction, waste management, energy efficiency and supply chain.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Key Responsibilities:
- Support projects in change and culture management
- Develop and deliver CR&S strategies
- Analise data to support CR&S outcomes
- Manage and influence stakeholder relationships
- Write reports and present on outcomes
- Understanding environmental, societal and regulatory agendas and help the business to engage
- Manage CS&R budgets, fundraising and measuring return on investment

Course contents
Your training plan
- Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship programme, you will gain the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard and if not previously achieved a level 2 functional skills in English and maths
- During your apprenticeship you will undergo remote learning through live webinars, forums, one to one's with a dedicated learning coach with constant feedback and coaching through RHG Consult's team of experienced learning coaches to achieve the CRS Apprenticeship Standard

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- 5 subjects including English and Math (grade A*/9-C/5)
