The Energy Save Experts team is growing and is actively seeking a motivated and committed Business Administrator to join our successful Post Sales Quality team. The chosen candidate will have responsibility for ensuring a smooth and compliant customer journey by maintaining regular communication with customers and suppliers.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
As a Business Administrator, your role involves ensuring that sales entering the quality assessment process are handled promptly in line with the company's service level agreements.
- You will be responsible for processing new energy supply contracts
- Resolving any supplier rejections or objections and referring any discrepancies back to sales agents in a timely and professional manner
- Handling data entry tasks to keep records up-to-date
- Additionally, you will be responsible for updating clients on the progress of their energy switch
- Lastly, you'll provide general office support, such as making copies, scanning documents, and organising files

The training will be delivered by Derby College and will be provided in the workplace and onsite at the College.

GCSE or equivalent in:
- English (grade C/4 or above)
- Maths (grade C/4 or above)
