Summary
This is an opportunity to learn the skills needed to be a competent IT professional and gain lots of experience in computer hardware. The role will involve cyber security and first-line support as well as other duties. The ideal candidate will gain experience working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritising are essential.

SIM card & laptop provided. You would be part of a dynamic and exciting team. This is a home-based role, and all travel expenses will be paid.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Working within the team to learn about TEAMCo’s business shadowing / assisting staff members from time to time to build up knowledge
- Cyber security
- First line support
- Set up exam venues and de-rig
- Warehouse preparation of equipment
- Image creation config and sign-off process
- General administration tasks
- Collate data and information on problem resolutions and keep accurate records

Other requirements
The ideal candidate will gain experience working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are essential. The successful applicant will learn, to perform a variety of tasks, including large computer multi-site computer set ups, supporting the technical aspects of event planning, first line support for up to 30 locations across the UK, and coordinating various exam events. To fully understand our business, you will take part in our exam day events, from set up, invigilation and working on a support desk and be prepared to travel to London as required and occasionally further afield. Those interested in a varied role are encouraged to apply. This will be a remote working position with the potential requirement to travel to London or elsewhere, travel expenses will be paid.
