Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Join our team as a motivated IT Production Technician Apprentice, working in the role has excellent career opportunities to progress rapidly.

This role will be working within our data erasure facility specialising in the processing of laptops, desktops, servers and more. This will include data sanitisation or destruction of data bearing items, testing, and grading such items to produce an accurate report of the functionality and condition of each item within the production environment.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Auditing IT hardware into our system
  • Erasing data using our specialist software and processes
  • Testing and grading equipment on our system
  • General IT hardware roles as fit to the business.

    Essential qualifications

    Other in:

    • 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (grade (A*-C/9-4 or equivalent))
