Summary
We have a position available on the apprentice programme as a trainee administrator within our busy office based in Hull, East Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work within the administrative department of the company.

The successful candidate will work alongside other administrative staff under direct supervision of a team leader who will provide on the job training alongside the team to support you throughout the period of your course.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Working on Microsoft packages.
- Answering calls. screening and directing people to the relevant departments.
- Invoicing.
- Processing of payments.
- Use of social media accounts, Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok.
- Assisting to arrange promotional events.
- Providing direct client and customer support.
- Data input.
- Assisting dispatch during busy periods.
- Other general administrave duties.

About this company
