Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- General admin duties such as taking incoming and out goings calls
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing paperwork (Department Specific)
- Using internal systems and Microsoft packages
- Working in line with the company guidance for processes and procedures
- Time will be spent working towards your apprenticeship

Course contents
Your training plan
You will be working towards your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification (an industry recognised Qualification) which is delivered via monthly 2-3-hour lessons with your assigned Trainer Assessor (TA) via teams. Throughout the month, you will complete self-led study which will include assignments, worksheets, projects, etc. and blended learning and development activities/training with your manager and shadowing team members. All learning will be completed in your workplace and during your working hours. Units that you will be studying include personal development, the organisation & policies, legislation & regulation, role fundamentals, stakeholders, and business fundamentals & processes.

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- Maths and English (grade 4/C or above)
